During checkout processing, you will be able to choose the available options based on the basket contents and your location.
All items will require a signature on the day of delivery, please inspect goods condition prior to signing for the delivery. Any items that have arrived damaged should be declined, please then contact us and we will investigate with the delivery company.
Goods that have been damaged can only be claimed against the shipping company insurance policy if you declined the shipment prior to a signature. No claim for shipping damage can be processed if you signed for the delivery since you have then accepted the item in the received condition.
